a 1/2 inch iron rod found in said east R-O-W line, and for the common west corner of said Tract 3 and

from which a 1 inch iron rod found for the northeast corner of said Tract 1, and for a re-entrant corner of

in Cabinet A, Slide 11914, P.R.T.C.T., bears S 89°52'19" E, a distance of 559.66 feet;
THENCE N 89°52'19" W, along the common north south line of said City of Southlake tract and said Tract 1,
a distance of 516.76 feet to a 1/2 inch capped iron rod stamped "KAZ" found for the common south corner of
said City of Southlake tract and said Tract 2AR, and in the north line of said Tract 1, from which the common
west corner of Tract 2BR of said amended plat and said Tract 1, bears N 89°52'19" W, 511.25 feet, same
