Property Situation: 110 W. Southlake Blvd.
Development Details:
• Site plan design and zoning change
o Remodel/reimaging of the existing one-story single tenant fuel center building
with new Drive-Thru ATM and associated site improvements.
• The existing fuel center is approx. 3,006 sq. ft. with separate car wash.
• Related site improvements include maintaining the fuel center use, demolishing the
existing car wash and replacing it with a Drive-Thru ATE. New concrete sidewalks, new
trash enclosures and new landscaping.
• Replace roof and ground mounted mechanical systems with new
