ZA24-0034PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ZA24-0034 Dear Property Owner, Your property has been identified as being within the prescribed 200-foot notification area of the above referenced property that is proposed for Plat Revision. Because your property meets the above criterion, state and local laws may grant you special privileges when the city considers such requests. If the property to be replatted was limited by an interim or permanent zoning classification to residential use for not more than two units per lot during the preceding five years or was limited by deed restrictions to residential use for no more than two units per lot then the following shall apply: Texas Local Government Code Section 212.015, Additional Requirements for Certain Replats, Subsection (c) If the proposed replat requires a variance and is protested in accordance with this subsection, the proposed replat must receive, in order to be approved, the affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members present of the municipal planning commission or governing body, or both.
