On behalf of WorldClass Garages, LLC (formerly Wheelhouse Garages, LLC) and Nine
Ten Davis, LLC (formerly Wheelhouse Retail, LLC), I respectfully request variance to the
Subdivision Ordinance No. 483, as amended, Section 4.01.1 "Expiration of Plats" and a
Plat Extension for Cases ZA20-005 and ZA20-007, Preliminary and Final Plat for
Stanfield Addition (fks /Wheelhouse Addition) on property described as Tracts 6C01 A,
6CO2, 6C and 6CO3, Jesse G. Allen Survey, Abstract No. 18, City of Southlake, Tarrant
County, Texas and located at 880-950 Davis Blvd. (F.M. 1938), Southlake, Texas.
Current Zoning "S-P-1" Detailed Site Plan District and "I-1" Light Industrial District. SPIN
Neighborhood #1 1.
The project has experienced unforeseen delays related to construction financing.
Construction on the project is expected to commence within the next 3 months.
