CALL TO ORDER Southlake Arts Council Chair Tamara McMillan called the meeting to order at 6:01 P.M. 2. PUBLIC FORUM Chair McMillan opened the Public Forum at 6.00 P.M. There being no one to speak, the Public Forum was closed at 6:00 P.M. 3. CONSENT AGENDA 3A. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE MAY 287 2024, SOUTHLAKE ARTS COUNCIL MEETING Chair Tamara McMillan presented item 3A, approval of the minutes from the May 28, 2024, Southlake Arts Council meeting. APPROVED A motion was made to approve the minutes from the May 28, 20247 Southlake Arts Council meeting as presented. APPROVED A motion was made to cancel the July 23, 2024, Southlake Arts Council Meeting. RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF THE FY 25 PUBLIC ART BUDGET. Assistant to the Director Milenka Lopez presented the FY 2025 Public Art Budget and was available to answer questions. APPROVED A motion was made to recommend approval of the FY 2025 Public Art Budget.
