Deputy Director of Planning and Development Services Jennifer Crosby provided a brief
presentation of Item 6 per Chairman Kubiak's request. Questions were asked.
Applicant, Ryan Rodriguez, 2860 Exchange Boulevard, Suite 160, came forward. Questions
were asked.
A motion was made to approve Item 6, SV24-0004 subject to the Staff Report dated May 31 st
2024.
