Action
Requested: Approve an Encroachment and Joint Use Agreement for a retaining
wall within the utility easement being located at 1223 Timberline
Court.
Background
Information: The developer of 1223 Timberline Court is requesting to construct a
retaining wall within a utility easement located along the north side
of the property.
The purpose of this item is to seek City Council approval of an
Encroachment and Joint Use Agreement for the installation of a
retaining wall within the utility easement at 1223 Timberline Court.
This agreement will allow the developer to construct a new
retaining wall within the utility easement along the north side of the
residential lot. There are no City utilities within the utility easement
and all franchise utilities have approved the encroachment.
Financial
Considerations: This is a no cost agreement.
