Chair Alford opened Public Forum at 1:00 P.M. There being no one to address the Commission. Public Forum was closed at 1:00 P.M. 3. DISCUSSION: (No Vote on Discussion Items) A. Guest Speakers a. Milenka Lopez — Arts Council Liaison presented the Arts Council history, vision and upcoming projects and was available for questions. b. Cynthia Pfledderer — Deputy Director of Library Services presented programs that the Library provides and was available for questions. Approve the minutes from the April 9, 2024, S e n i o r A d v i s o ry Commission Meeting Chair Alford presented the Consent Agenda, including approval of the minutes of the April 9, 2024, meeting. Chair Alford asked if there were any revisions to the minutes. No revisions were discussed. Senior Advisory Commission Meeting Minutes for May 14, 2024 APPROVED A motion was made to accept the minutes of April 9, 2024, meeting as read. Motion: Schumacher Second: Meddings Ayes: Alford, MacDermott, and Mcllvain Nays: None Abstention: None Vote: 5-0 Motion passed. B. Approve the updated Senior Advisory Commission Bylaws Staff presented the Updated Senior Advisory Commission Bylaws and asked if there were any revisions to the Bylaws. No revisions were discussed. APPROVED A motion was made to approve the Updated Senior Advisory Commission Bylaws as presented.
