Representative—Joanne Warrick, event planner for Oktoberfest came forward. Questions
were asked.
Chairman Kubiak opened the public hearing and seeing no one closed the public hearing.
A motion was made to approve Item 7, ZA24-0003 subject to the staff report dated April 12,
2024, also subject to the SUP review summary number 2 dated April 12, 2024, and
modifying the recommendation to five years as opposed to three years.
