5. CONSIDER: APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FOR THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON MARCH 21,2024.
A motion was made to approve item 5 on the agenda noting that these are the revised
minutes for the March 21, 2024, meeting.

Planning Manager Reagan Rothenberger provided a formal presentation of Item number 6
and Item number 7 per Chairman Kubiak's request. Questions were asked.
The applicant— Martin Schelling, 2665 North White Chapel Blvd., Southlake, Texas came
forward. Questions were asked.
Chairman Kubiak opened the public hearing. Ryan Jacobson, 1218 Woodsey, Southlake,
Texas came forward and voiced his support of the item.
A motion was made to approve Item 6, CP24-0002, subject to the staff report dated March
28, 2024, noting the applicant's willingness to evaluate traffic calming on the north south
stretch of the roadway within the development.
