2. SPIN2024-05 —An applicant is requesting to renew a specific use permit to host Oktoberfest
in Southlake Town Square within SPIN Neighborhood #8.
3. SPIN2024-06 — An applicant is proposing an approximately 3,006 sq. ft. fuel center with an
ATM adjacent to Tom Thumb located at 110 W. Southlake Blvd. within SPIN Neighborhood
#7.
4. Adjourn.
