REGULAR SESSION:
1. Call to order.
2. Executive Session: Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the
Texas Government Code, Section 551.071, consultation with attorney; Section
551.072, deliberation regarding real property; and/or Section 551.073,
deliberation regarding prospective gift. Executive Sessions may be held, under
these exceptions, at the end of the Regular Session or any time during the
meeting that a need arises.
A. Section 551.072 - Deliberation Regarding Real Property
1. Deliberate the acquisition of land for DPS facility.
3. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in executive session.
4. PUBLIC FORUM
5. ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
A. Oath of office for new members.
B. Fiscal Year 2005-06 CCPD Budget Update.
C. Update of Matrix recommendations related to DPS facilities.
CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Southlake Crime Control and
Prevention District Board and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate
discussion of items unless a Board member or citizen so requests, in which event the item
will be removed from the general order of business and considered in its normal
sequence.

A. Approve minutes of the Crime Control and Prevention District Meeting
held on July 6, 2005.
B. Approve minutes of the Crime Control and Prevention District Meeting
held on August 17, 2005.
C. Approve minutes of the Crime Control and Prevention District Meeting
held on November 2, 2005.
REGULAR AGENDA:
7. Consider:
A. Election of new officers.
B. Recommend the termination of contracts with architects and construction
manager.
C. Initiate contract negotiations with architect.
D. Initiate contract negotiations with construction manager.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
Southlake Crime Control and Prevention District Board
SECTION 551.071 CONSULTATION WITH ATTORNEY
The Southlake Crime Control and Prevention District Board may conduct a private
consultation with its attorney when the Board seeks the advise of its attorney concerning
any item on this agenda, about pending and contemplated litigations, or a settlement
offer, or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the Southlake Crime Control and
Prevention District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the
State Board of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551.
SECTION 551.072 DELIBERATION REGARDING REAL PROPERTY
The Southlake Crime Control and Prevention District Board may conduct a closed
meeting to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property.
SECTION 551.073 DELIBERATION REGARDING PROSPECTIVE GIFT
The Southlake Crime Control and Prevention District Board may conduct a closed
meeting to deliberate a negotiated contract for a prospective gift or donation to the City.
A final action, decision, or vote on a matter deliberated in a closed meeting may only be
made in open session.
