Variance to Zoning Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Sections 39.3(e) requiring a screening device not exceed eight (8) feet, on property described as Lot 2R1, Block 1, Bull Run Lakes Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 710 S. White Chapel Blvd., Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. To request a fourteen (14) foot wall separating the two lots of Bull Run Lakes Addition.
