Applicant, Benjamin Hampton, 4250 Action Drive, Mesquite, Texas, came forward. Questions
were asked.
A motion was made to approve Item 6, SV24-0001 subject to the staff report dated March 1st
2024.

2024, noting that the applicant has agreed to take the request to City Council and provide an
additional option with fewer words or lettering on the sign.
