1. CALL TO ORDER: 6:00 P.M.
2. Executive Session: Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government
Code, Sections 551.071. Refer to posted list attached hereto and incorporate herein. Executive
Session may be held, under these exceptions, at the end of the Regular Session or at any
time during the meeting that a need arises for the Planning and Zoning Commission to
seek advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and
Zoning Commission meeting. Section 551.071: Consultation with attorney.
No Executive Session was held.
3. State of the Economy presentation and discussion.
4. Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater Master Plans discussion. No discussion was held.
5. Recap of City Council’s action and discussion on Planning & Zoning recommended cases.

City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 240 N. Carroll Avenue, Southlake,
Texas. Current Zoning: “AG” Agricultural District. SPIN Neighborhood #7 (The applicant is
requesting to table this item until the February 22, 2024, Planning and Zoning Commission
Meeting.)
A motion was made to approve the applicant’s request to table Item 6 until the February
22nd, 2024, Planning and Commission Meeting.

“AG” Agricultural District. Proposed Zoning: “TZD” Transitional Zoning District. SPIN
Neighborhood #7 (The applicant is requesting to table this item until the February 22, 2024

Deputy Director Jennifer Crosby provided a formal presentation of Item 8 per Chairman
Kubiak’s request. No questions were asked.
The applicant, Ajitpal Singh Toor, 6109 Lamb Creek Dr. Fort Worth, Texas came forward.
No question was asked.
A motion was made to approve Item 8, ZA24-0001 subject to the staff report dated
February 8, 2024, and also subject to the Zoning Change and Concept Plan Review
