of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 974 W Dove Road,
Southlake, Texas
• Current Zoning: “AG” Agricultural District.
• Requested Zoning: “SF-2” Single Family Zoning District
• Purpose: The request is to rezone the property from “AG” Agricultural District
to “SF-2” Single Family Zoning District in conformance with the approved Plat
Revision.

application. A public hearing will be held by the City of Southlake Planning and Zoning Commission
in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 1400 Main Street, Southlake, Texas.
