BACKGROUND INFORMATION
OWNER: Financial Coordination L.L.C.
APPLICANT: Merriman Associates/Architects
PURPOSE: The purpose of this request is to receive approval of building elevations for
construction of a retail/office building on a previously approved pad site.
PROPERTY SITUATION: The property is located on the northeast corner of Summit Avenue and E.
Southlake Boulevard (FM 1709).
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Portion of tract 2A in the Richard Eads Survey Abstract No. 481
LAND USE CATEGORY: Town Center
CURRENT ZONING: “DT” Downtown District
STAFF COMMENTS: The purpose of this revised plan is to review the proposed building elevations
proposed for the previously approved pad site located at the north east corner
of E. Southlake Boulevard and Summit Avenue. This review is limited to
those changes only. The remainder of the site is subject to all previous
conditions of approval for the controlling site plan. Attached is Site Plan
Review Summary No. 1, dated May 2, 2003.
