PURPOSE: The purpose of this request is to receive approval of a Specific Use Permit for the sale of alcoholic beverages. PROPERTY SITUATION: The property is located at 2600 E. Southlake Boulevard, Ste 100. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A portion of Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway Plaza Phase 2 LAND USE CATEGORY: Mixed Use CURRENT ZONING: “S-P-2” General Site Plan District HISTORY: -A Preliminary Plat was approved by the City Council on May 16, 2000. -A zoning change, from “AG” to “S-P-2”, and a concept plan were approved by City Council on June 6, 2000. -A final plat was approved for Lot 1, Block 1 on July 6, 2000. -A zoning change and an optional concept plan were approved by City Council on April 1, 2002. -A zoning change and revised concept plan was approved on April 1, 2003 to incorporate a tract of land to the west as part of the development. -A site plan was also approved on April 1, 2003.
