Knight No. 899 Addition LAND USE CATEGORY: Low Density Residential CURRENT ZONING: “SF-1A” Single Family Residential District REQUESTED ZONING: “SF-30” Single Family Residential District HISTORY: -A change of zoning to “SF-1A” was approved by City Council on September 16, 1997. -A Multiple-Lot Plat Showing was approved by City Council as well on September 16, 1997. TREE PRESERVATION: The City’s Landscape Administrator has no comments for this item. WATER & SEWER: A 6-inch water line exists along the north side of Lilac Lane and the east side of Pine Drive. A 6-inch sanitary sewer line exists along the south side of Lilac Lane and in Pine Drive. DRAINAGE COMMENTS: A grading plan which includes drainage arrows and contours must be submitted prior to obtaining a building permit. P&Z ACTION: January 20, 2005; Approved to Table on Consent (5-0) until February 3, 2005. STAFF COMMENTS: Due to the limited scope of the proposed zoning change request, the applicant has submitted a plat to fulfill the requirement of concept plan submittal for a zoning change to the “SF-30” zoning district.
