The event will run from December 29, 2004 until January 18, 2005. The tent will occupy seven (7) required off-street parking spaces. The following variance is being requested: • Number of Off-Street Parking Spaces Required – The required number of parking spaces required for this site is 68 spaces. Southlake Blvd. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 1, Block 2, Village Center Addition LAND USE CATEGORY: Retail Commercial CURRENT ZONING: “C-3” General Commercial District HISTORY: -The “C-3” zoning was placed on the property with approval of Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 480 on September 19, 1989. -A preliminary plat was approved by City Council for Village Center on October 10, 1995. -Planning & Zoning Commission approved the final plat Village Center on April 18, 1996. -A concept plan was approved by City Council on March 3, 1998. -City Council approved a site plan for a furniture store on June 2, 1998.
