HISTORY: -A Preliminary Plat was approved by the City Council on May 16, 2000.
-A zoning change, from “AG” to “S-P-2”, and a concept plan were
approved by City Council on June 6, 2000.
-A site plan for this property was approved September 19, 2000.
-A zoning change and site plans with two options for development were
approved by City Council on April 1, 2002.
-A site plan and SUP for sale of alcohol was approved for Big Bowl
Restaurant Gateway Plaza Phase II in September of 2002.
-A plat revision was approved by City Council on April 6, 2004.
STAFF COMMENTS: Due to the limited scope of this request and that no changes are proposed to
the approved site plan, no plan review summary is provided. A site plan
