Southlake Boulevard at the northeast intersection with N. Nolen Drive in Gateway (Wyndham Plaza) Phase II. The purpose of this revision is to add approximately 163 square feet to the building, add an outdoor seating area and modify the exterior elevations. ACTION NEEDED: 1. Conduct public hearing 2.
