P ROJECT: Site Plan for Timber Lake Pool and Recreation Complex
REQUEST: Timber Lake Residential Association, Inc. is requesting approval of a revised site
plan to allow construction of a shade structure located on the northeastern side of the
swimming pool deck area at the Timberlake Pool and Recreation facility.
A variance to the minimum 40 foot setback from a single family residential property
line is requested. The shade structure is approximately 20 feet from the residential
property to the northeast. -
