LAND USE CATEGORY: Office Commercial
CURRENT ZONING: “O-1” Office District
HISTORY: -The “O-1” zoning district was placed on the property with approval of
Zoning Ordinance No. 480 on September 19, 1989.

1. Correct the subdivision name for Lot 1, Greenway-Carroll Addition.

3. The following changes are needed regarding easements:
a) Revise the common access easement on Lot 3 connecting to N. Carroll Ave to match the
location of the drive shown on the proposed site plan.
b) Show and label the 5’ U.E. along the west property line on Lot 1, Block 7, Southview
Addition.
INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS
* A Developers Agreement is required prior to construction of any public infrastructure. The
agreement for this addition should consider streets, drainage, park dedication requirements and fees,
off-site sewer extensions, off-site drainage and utility easements and impact fees.
