OVERVIEW:
• A three-story complex with two buildings connected by an atrium totaling 91,430 SF
• Approximately 60,000 SF occupied by Deep South with 30,000 SF sub-leased
• 80 employees (anticipated growth to 120 in 3 years)
• Construction to begin in 3Qtr 2004 with occupancy anticipated in 2Qtr of 2005
• 260 car parks with some covered parking
• Six (6) acres, requested zoning is “SP-1” with O-2 Office uses
CONCEPT: This building will serve
as national corporate
headquarters for Deep South
Holding, as well as the branch
headquarters for this region.
The concept preserves many
existing trees and maintains a
100’ landscape zone along
Shady Oaks Drive. The site
plan incorporates amenity
ponds and a jogging trail. The
building design incorporates
small meeting rooms and
kitchen facilities which will be
available for use by civic
organizations.
