White Chapel Boulevard REQUEST: John Kuelbs & George Fox are requesting approval of a zoning change from “SF- 1A” single family residential district to “RE” single family residential estate district. The purpose of this request is to change zoning on the most northerly 17 feet wide portion of Lot 3R1, Block A, White Chapel Place Addition.
