HISTORY: -City Council approved “NR-PUD” zoning with an associated concept plan
for Southlake Town Center on January 7, 1997.
-City Council also approved a preliminary plat for Southlake Town Square
on August 19, 1997.
-City Council approved “DT” zoning with an associated concept plan on
March 4, 2003.
-A specific use permit to allow the residential brownstones and a revised
preliminary plat were approved by City Council on April 1, 2003.
-A final plat was approved by P&Z for the first 33 brownstone lots on July
22, 2004.
-A revised preliminary plat was approved by City Council on September 7,
2004.

CITY STAFF HAS REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PROJECT RECEIVED BY THE CITY ON 07/12/04 AND WE
OFFER THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS. THESE STIPULATIONS ARE HEREBY MADE CONDITIONS OF PLAT
APPROVAL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY AMENDED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR

1. Place the case no ZA04-081 in the lower right hand corner of the plan.
2. Label the lot “to be dedicated to the City of Southlake for public park purposes”.
3. The northeast corner of the property appears to be within the 65 LDN D/FW Regional Airport
Overlay Zone, requiring construction standards in compliance with the Airport Compatible Land
Use Zoning Ordinance No. 479 and execution of an avigation easement and release in accordance
with the appendices of the Subdivision Ordinance No 483, as amended. Show and label the
approximate limits of the area encumbered by the overlay zone.
4. Note number 4 can be deleted since it does not pertain to this plat.
5. P.O.B. must be referenced by known survey corner or by a platted subdivision corner with reference
made to the name and plat recording.
