PROPERTY SITUATION: The property is located at 1730 Randol Mill Avenue. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Tract 2B6 of the W. Martin Survey, Abstract No. 1068, and being approximately 0.8 acres LAND USE CATEGORY: Low Density Residential CURRENT ZONING: “AG” Agricultural District REQUESTED ZONING: “SF-20A” Single Family Residential District HISTORY: -The Zoning Board of Adjustments approved a variance to the minimum lot size requirement of 1-acre for use of a septic system on October 16, 2003.
