Village Center Dr., Southlake TX, 76092. DETAILS: The property is situated in a recently developed area, located between Nolen Drive and S. Kimball, slightly southwest of the western corner of S. Village Center Drive. Magnolia Property Company is requesting approval of an attached building sign that will require variances for the upper -story sign, push -through raceway sign, as well as variances for the letter height and logo height. The variance requests specifically pertain to an existing sign the applicant would like to relocate from their previous office site located at 1900 Airport Freeway Bedford, TX 76022.
