3. ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS.
Director Killough noted there will be a Corridor Planning Committee Meeting on Tuesday,
January 30th, 5:30pm. The proposed development items as mentioned by Chairman Kubiak
will be on the agenda as well as other items that are in the early process of coming through
the city for development approval.
4. CHAIRMAN COMMENTS
Chairman Kubiak noted that Items 6 & 7 are tabled at the request of the applicant. The
Chairman went into detail about how the Corridor Planning Committee Meeting is handled
and how that meeting effects the development process.
5. CONSIDER: Approval of the minutes for the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting held
on January 4, 2024.

came forward. Questions were asked.
Chairman Kubiak opened the public hearing and seeing no one closed the public hearing.
