Members Absent: Board members: Clinton Snead — Place 1, Trey Verbick — Place 3, Heather

Staff Present: Reagan Rothenberger, Planning Manager, Jennifer Crosby, Deputy Director of
Planning and Denia Reyes, Board Secretary.

1. Chairman Medici called the work session to order.
2. Reagan Rothenberger went over the Administrative Comments.
3. Discussed the adopted Boards and Commissions Ordinance (Ord. No.1228B) and potential
amendments to the Zoning Board of Adjustment Rules of Procedure.

REGULAR SESSION:
1. Call to Order: Chairman Medici called the Regular Session to order at 6:48 P.M.
2. Executive Session: No executive session was held.
3. Approval of the Minutes: Chairman Medici opened the discussion of the minutes of the Zoning
Board of Adjustment meeting for November 16, 2023.
A motion was made to approve the minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for meetings
November 16, 2023.

4. Administrative Comments: Reagan Rothenberger, Planning Manager, announced that the
next scheduled meeting is on January 25, 2024.

11.5(c), requiring a side yard of 20 (twenty) feet, on property described as Lot 17,

PUBLIC HEARING
Planner Rotherberger presented details of the case with a slide show presentation to the Board.
The applicant, Robert Leeper on behalf of Clinton and Audra Snead,
1214 Ashmoore Ct., Southlake is requesting approval of a Variance to Ordinance No. 480, as
amended, Section 11.5(c) which requires a side yard of 20' for primary structures.
The applicant is requesting a setback of no less than 15', a reduction of 25%.
The applicant, Robert Leeper, once sworn in, presented testimony, and answered questions from
the Board.
Chairman Medici asked if there were those in the audience who wished to speak in support of the
request.
There being none, Chairman Medici asked if there were those in the audience who wished to
speak in opposition to the request.
There being none, Chairman Medici closed the public hearing and opened the item for discussion
from the Board.

approximately 2,000 square -foot Domestic Employee or Family Quarters situated at the rear of
the subject property.
The applicants, Ajitpal Singh Toor, once sworn in, presented testimony, and answered questions
from the Board.

request.
There being none, Chairman Medici asked if there were those in the audience who wished to
speak in opposition to the request.
There being none, Chairman Medici closed the public hearing and opened the item for discussion

Block 2, Dove Estates, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and
located at 1342 White Wing Court, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. Current Zoning: "SF-
2013" Single Family Residential Zoning. SPIN District #2. PUBLIC HEARING
Planner Rothenberger presented details of the case with a slide show presentation to the
Board. The applicant, Matthew Beam, on behalf of Chang Menon, 1342 White Wing Ct.,
Southlake, the applicant desires to enclose an outdoor patio area at the northeast corner of
the home that is already "under roof'.
