Being a tract of land in the Harrison Decker Survey, Abstract No. 438, in the City of Southlake,
Tarrant County, Texas, being all of those tracts of land described as Tract 1, Tract 2A, Tract 26,
Tract 3, Tract 4 and Tract 5 in Special Warranty Deed to Magellan Pipeline Terminals, L.P. as
recorded in Document No. D211011162 in the Official Public Records of Tarrant County, Texas
(O.P.R.T.C.T.), and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an X-cut found at the common southeast corner of said Tract 1, the southwest
corner of Lot 1 of the Explorer Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County,
Texas as recorded in Document No. D220044871 in the Official Records of Tarrant County, Texas
(O.R.T.C.T.), and being on the north line of a called 100 foot wide tract of land described in Deed
to the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Property Acquisition Corporation (hereinafter referred to as
DARTPAC) as recorded in Volume 10146, Page 640 O.R.T.C.T.;
THENCE South 53 degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds West, along the common line between said
Tract 1 and said DARTPAC tract a distance of 1,051.69 feet to a 5/8-inch found iron rod for corner
at the common most southerly southwest corner of said Tract 1, the southeast corner of that
called 0.188 acre tract of land described in City of Southlake Road Right -of -Way as recorded in
Volume 15124, Page 283 O.R.T.C.T., and being on the easterly right-of-way of Mustang Court (64
foot wide right-of-way);
THENCE North 36 degrees 09 minutes 38 seconds West, departing said common line and along
said easterly right-of-way line, a distance of 36.74 feet and being point of curvature of a circular
curve to the left, having a radius of 832.00 feet, whose chord bears North 40 degrees 38 minutes

Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, a distance of 117.46 feet to a 5/8-inch found iron rod with
