This elevation had not been presented to the city previously for approval. The attached Exhibits B and C were approved by the City Council in November 2022 and are included for reference. New Exhibits D and E revise the information on the approved elevations and site plan drawings to include the proposed new sign type F. The new sign would respect the previously approved max. height of 4’-0” and would extend a maximum of 40’-0” in length due to the façade articulation at this area. All other characteristics of the sign would remain unchanged and would comply with the spirit and intent of Sign Ordinance 704. We appreciate your consideration of this issue.
