DETAILS: The property is located off Market Loop just east of Commerce Street in the “I-1” Light Industrial zoning district. The applicant is requesting a variance for the existing flat panel sign that was installed without a permit, specifically for the sign area exceeding the maximum permitted area as defined by Sign Ordinance No. 704, as amended.
