Sign Board Recommendation
•October 19th, 2023: Approved (7-0), specifically denying the
variances requested on the south elevation. For the west
elevation, the sign board recommended the applicant to provide
an alternative design permitted by the ordinance, and an
alternative that is approximately ½ of an increase from the sign
ordinance and what the applicant currently has proposed.
