A motion was made to approve item 5, the minutes from the October 19, 2023, Sign Board
meeting.

Applicant, Nick Heitz, 2870 Market Loop, Southlake, Texas came forward to answer questions.
A motion was made to approve Item 6, SV23-0020 subject to our staff report dated November
3,2023.

Applicant, Anita Delgado, 401 N. Houston Street, Dallas, Texas came forward to answer
questions.

A motion was made to approve Item 7 on the agenda, SV23-0021 subject to the staff report
dated November 3rd, 2023, and making the recommendation for approval contingent on a tenant
not having duplicative signs on the building. One sign per tenant, not multiple signs per tenant.
