Agenda Item No. 1 -Call to Order: Chairman Carpenter called the meeting to order.
Agenda Item No. 2—Approval of the Minutes: Chairman Carpenter opened the discussion of the minutes of
the Building Board of Appeals meeting held on October 27, 2022.
The minutes were approved.
Agenda Item No. 3—Boards Manual Update:Amy Shelley presented.
Agenda Item No. 4 -Adminitrative Comments: Discussion was held.
Agenda Item No. 5 Orientation presentation for newly appointed members: Susan Hernandez presented.
