CALL TO ORDER Chair Frances Scharli called the regular Parks and Recreation Board meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. 2. CONSENT AGENDA 2A. APPROVE MINUTES FROM THE REGULAR PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 11, 2023 The minutes of the September 11, 2023, regular Parks and Recreation Board meeting were approved with no changes or corrections. Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are enacted with one motion by the Board. APPROVED A motion was made to approve the Consent items, including the minutes of the regular Park Board meeting held September 11, 2023.
