Please demonstrate that the followinc
I conditions are applicable to the requested sign variance:
That a literal enforcement of the sign regulation will create an unnecessary hardship or practical
difficulty on the applicant.
These signs are being reused from another location that closed, from Las Colinas.
That the situation causing the unnecessary hardship or practical difficulty is unique to the affected
property and is not self imposed.
These are push through acrylic lit signs and are not permitted in South lake now.
That the variance will not injure and will be wholly compatible with the use and permitted
development of adjacent properties.
These are white lit signs that still follow the Southlake theme
That the variance will be in harmony with the spirit and purpose of the sign ordinance.
This will be the last location to have these signs.
