To Whom It May Concern,
We are submitting this Letter of Intent on behalf of Constellation Real Estate Partners, the owner
of the subject property, for Site Plan Review. This subject property is defined as 33.71 acres of unplatted
property in the H. Decker Survey, Abstract No. 438 in the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. The
location of the property is 2100 Mustang Ct, Southlake, TX 76092, and the existing zoning district is 12 -
Heavy Industrial.
This purpose of this site plan is to show the proposed building footprint and preliminary
engineering across the lot.
