This subject property is defined as 33.71 acres of unplatted property in the H. Decker Survey, Abstract No. 438 in the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. The location of the property is 2100 Mustang Ct, Southlake, TX 76092, and the existing zoning district is 12 - Heavy Industrial.
