The subject property was zoned "A2" Single Family Residential District in 1973 with case ZA73-003. A Plat Showing was approved for Hilltop Acres on April 6, 1978 with case ZA77-002. A Plat Revision for Lot 14R, Hilltop Acres Addition was approved on September 20, 2022 by City Council (ZA22-0040).
