2. Executive Session: Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code,
Sections 551.071. Refer to posted list attached hereto and incorporate herein. Executive Session
may be held, under these exceptions, at the end of the Regular Session or at any time during
the meeting that a need arises for the Planning and Zoning Commission to seek advice from
the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting. Section 551.071: Consultation with attorney.
No Executive Session was held.

COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON August 17, 2023.

for Southlake Marketplace, for property described as Lots 5, 6, and 7, Block 1, Southlake
Crossing Phase II, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located
at 2001-2115 W. Southlake Blvd., Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: “C-3” General
Commercial District. Requested Zoning: “S-P-1” Detailed Site Plan District. SPIN
Neighborhood #10. (The applicant is requesting to table this item to the September 21,

8. Consider Approval of ZA23-0050, Final Plat for Green Acres Addition for property
described as Tract 3D, W.R. Eaves Survey, Abstract No. 500, located at 1963 W. Southlake
Blvd., Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: “S-P-1” Detailed Site Plan District. SPIN

A motion was made to approve Item 5, Minutes for Planning and Zoning Commission meeting
held on August 17th, 2023, Item 6, Ordinance No. 480-804, ZA23-0008, applicant’s request
to table item until the September 21st, 2023, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Item
7, ZA23-0035, at the applicants, request to table item until the September 21st, 2023,
Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Item 8, ZA23-0050, subject to the staff report
dated September 1st, 2023, also subject to Plat Review Summary number 2 dated
September 1st, 2023.

Chairman Kubiak opened the public hearing and seeing no one closed the public hearing.

dated September 7, 2023, subject to our revised site plan review summary number 1, dated
September 1st, 2023, and motion approval of the variance requested.
