Call to Order — Meeting was called to order at 4:15 PM by Chair Eesha Suri. 2. Consent A. Approve the minutes from the Southlake Youth Action Commission meeting held February 13, 2023- Motion to approve the minutes with no corrections was made by Secretary Allison Bedwell and seconded by Anthony Thomas. Motion carried (5-0). 3. Discussion A. Adopt A Street Discussion - Assistant to the Director, Milenka Lopez, presented the Adopt A Street program for discussion and was available to answer questions. Direction to Staff- Adopt a Street Date- April 3, 2023 B. City Council Presentation - Assistant to the Director, Milenka Lopez presented the City Council Presentation for discussion and was available to answer questions. SYAC member Ayra Kalra designated to send google slides to board members to allow edits. Intern Day Discussion — Assistant to the Director, Milenka Lopez presented Intern Day for discussion and was available to answer questions. Direction to Staff- Intern assignments will be given out during the April meeting. D. Southlake Presents Marketing Plan Prep - Assistant to the Director, Milenka Lopez presented item 4D for collaboration and discussion and was available to answer questions. SYAC members worked on finalizing their marketing plans.
