1. Call to Order.
2. Executive Session: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Zoning
Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in executive session.
a. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session to consult
with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters posted on this agenda.

accessory structure greater than the size permitted on property described as Lot 2, Block 2, The Dominion —
Southlake, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 1002 Dominion Drive, Southlake,
Tarrant County, Texas. Current Zoning: "SF-20A" Single Family Residential District. SPIN District#9 PUBLIC HEARING
6. Request to Table: ZBA23-0017, Special Exception Use, per Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 44.12(1)
for a domestic employee or family quarters and Special Exception Use, per Ordinance No. 480, as amended,
Section 44.12(6) for a reduction to the required setback for a residential accessory structure on property
described as Lot 8 Lakewood Acres No. 2 Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and
located at 500 Bent Wood Lane, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. Current Zoning: "SF1-A" Single Family Residential
District. SPIN District #7 PUBLIC HEARING Applicant has requested to table the item to the October 12, 2023
regular meeting. Applicant has revised plans that require a new notification.
7. Consider: ZBA23-0018, Variance to Ordinance No 480, as amended, Section 11.4(c) requiring a side yard
setback of no less than twenty (20) feet, on property described as Tract 1 E, Absolom H. Chivers Survey, Abstract
No. 299, City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 875 E. Dove Road, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas.
Current Zoning: "SF-1 A" Single Family Residential District. SPIN District #3 PUBLIC HEARING
8. Consider: ZBA23-0020, Special Exception Use, per Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 44.12(6) for a
reduction to the required setback for a residential accessory structure on a property described as Lot 29, Block
9, Carillon Lakes Phase 5A, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 901 La Salle
Lane, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. Current Zoning: "ECZ" Employment Center Zoning District. PUBLIC
