LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 1, Legends at Southlake
CURRENT ZONING: “S-P-2” Generalized Site Plan District
HISTORY: On December 28, 2021, the City Council approved the “S-P-2” zoning
change and site plan.
On February 15, 2022, the City Council approved the plat revision.
