SUMMARY: Titan Signs, on behalf of HTeaO, is requesting approval of variances to Sign
Ordinance No. 704, as amended, for attached building signs, a monument sign with
marquee, directional signs, and menu board sign for HTeaO located at 190 Davis
Blvd.
DETAILS: Titan Signs is requesting variances for:
North Elevation: logo height, logo area, letter height, sign area and non-lit letters
for attached sign.
South Elevation: logo height, logo area, sign width, non-lit letters for attached sign.
Monument Sign: address location, address illumination, monument height, 6”
masonry framed, two-time sign width, marquee sign.
Menu Board: 6” masonry framed, additional signage attached, external illumination.

CURRENT ZONING: “S-P-2” Generalized Site Plan District
HISTORY: The plat revision was approved by City Council on February 20, 2001.
The Site Plan was approved on November 30, 2021.
The building permit was issued on March 28, 2023.
The sign variance requests were applied for on May 2, 2023.
