The Site Plan was approved on November 30, 2021. The building permit was issued on March 28, 2023. The sign variance requests were applied for on May 2, 2023. SIGN BOARD: CITY COUNCIL: STAFF COMMENTS: City Council approval of the request does not eliminate the requirement for a sign application submittal prior to sign installation.
