Variances requested:
1. The applicant is requesting a variance to the
Landscape Ord. 544-B, Section 6.1, requiring all lots
greater than 30,000 square-feet requires the
landscape plan to be prepared by a Registered
Landscape Architect. The applicant requests Tom
Hoover, Engineer to complete the work in lieu of a
required Landscape Architect.
2. The applicant is requesting a variance to the
Landscape Ord. 544-B, Section 10.1, requiring the
continuance maintenance of all landscaping on-site.
The applicant is requests to not replant the four trees
required within the site due to lot constraints with the
proposed parking lot addition.
