BEGINNING at an X-cut found at the common southeast corner of said Tract 1, the southwest corner of
Lot 1 of the Explorer Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas as recorded in
Document No. D220044871 in the Official Records of Tarrant County, Texas (O.R.T.C.T.), and being on
the north line of a called 100 foot wide tract of land described in Deed to the Dallas Area Rapid Transit
