RE: FeedStore BBQ- Rezoning Request
Dear Dennis:
Please see attached exhibits for the requested FeedStore BBQ we’ve discussed.
As you know, the intent is to bring the existing uses and entire site into compliance with the provisions
of the SP-1 zoning, including the adjacent existing residential lot being used for caretaker quarters and
storage.
The only new addition we are requesting is to be able to add covered picnic tables along the west side
of the parking lot. Plans for those shade structures are included.
