5. CONSIDER: APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE AUGUST 3, 2023, SIGN BOARD
MEETING.
A motion was made to approve item 5, the minutes from the August 3, 2023, Sign Board
meeting.

6. Consider: S23-0014, Sign Variances for MPP Legal located at 1203 S. White
Chapel Blvd., Suite 250, Southlake, Texas
Deputy Director Jennifer Crosby provided a brief presentation of item 6. No questions were
asked.
Applicant came forward to answer questions from the board.
A motion was made to approve item 6 S23-0014 subject to our staff report dated August 11,
2023, and noting the applicants willingness to take an alternative option without the line in the
logo to city council.
